As it continues to evolve and become more accessible, users may unknowingly disclose sensitive personal information or become emotionally dependent on these technologies without fully understanding the associated privacy and psychological implications.
Rather than discouraging the adoption of these AI technologies, the project advocates for their responsible and informed use by encouraging critical awareness of both their benefits and potential risks.

Synopsis:
Past the Prompt is a game where you play as a young man named Justin who is very dependent on using AI chatbots to replace real-life relationships due to a traumatic incident that made him greatly hesitate from making any friends. You play as Justin going through life with his AI companion Grumble while encountering people and old friends and navigating his life through various events within the game to determine what becomes of Justin’s life.

It was a well thought out story that included a interesting backstory for the main character while also keeping each new person fresh and have a form of connection with the protagonist. I like that it is evident the changes in the MC’s behavior towards others that he doesn’t keep isolating himself from the support of his newfound friends
I realized that despite the ease and comfort to chatting/consulting with AI, it could never replace friends and family when it comes to situations that involve social, mental and emotional problems. In the end, you’d rather share information that you would be embarrassed to someone you trust other than a faceless AI chatbot that stores your information for third parties to collect and possibly use.
